About this role
Role Overview
You provide daily support via phone, email, and Zoom to e‑commerce business owners with accounting and bookkeeping issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions.
Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer success.
Requirements
Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART goals).
Experience using DATEV (required).
Interest in the digitalization of the accounting/bookkeeping industry.
Independent, structured, and process-oriented work style.
Open to feedback, comfortable with digital workflows, and remote-first.
Fluent in German and English.
