Role Overview
- Contribute to process improvements and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with paralegals and assistants to maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or hearings
- Contact tax assessors, doctors, and other professionals for case-related information
- Communicate with clients and provide follow-ups as needed
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain case records in CasePeer
- Provide bilingual support for client communications and documentation
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support attorneys with case preparation and documentation
- Answer inbound calls and manage client inquiries
Requirements
- 2
- 3 years of experience as a legal assistant
- Law degree required
- Prior experience in personal injury law required
- Software: CasePeer (CRM), MixDeva (VOIP), Microsoft Office Suite
