Requirements
Ideally 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in a fast-paced tech/scale-up environment)
Genuine interest in people
Proven ability to understand performance drivers and support organizational structure and team optimization
Direct communication style with the ability to influence and build trust with managers and ICs
Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to identifying issues
Excellent IT skills (Excel/HRIS) and a working knowledge of HR payroll and legal processes
Full proficiency in English; French is a plus.
(Bonus): Previous experience working specifically with marketing and commercial teams.
