Provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality support within a high-volume insurance center.
Assist the Customer Success Representatives by assisting with administrative tasks and deliverables.
Generate renewal lists, create renewal tasks, and complete renewal checklists.
Generate emails and request information, at the direction of licensed teammates, to customers and underwriting partners.
Handle incoming email and paper mail by scanning, filing, and creating follow up tasks for the team.
Process policy transfer checklists and tasks on a reoccurring monthly basis.
Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management systems as directed by licensed teammates.
Work towards obtaining NC Property Casualty license as directed.
Attend internal and client meetings, as needed.
Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.
Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
Requirements
High school diploma
2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher.
Problem solving, critical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and other basic office skills.
