About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative and operational support for the client onboarding process.
Assist with preparing, tracking, and documenting new client requests while supporting related compliance and administrative activities.
Review submissions for completeness and accuracy prior to further review.
Track onboarding requests and maintain status updates in internal systems or trackers.
Route requests and supporting documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
Follow up with internal teams to gather missing information or required approvals.
Maintain organized electronic files and documentation related to onboarding activities.
Record approvals, comments, and supporting materials throughout the workflow.
Support reporting, data entry, and process tracking related to onboarding activities.
Monitor outstanding items to help ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays when necessary.
Assist with background checks, compliance documentation, and related processes as applicable.
Support internal review processes, including coordination and documentation of inquiries.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the client onboarding lifecycle.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and organizational information at all times.
Requirements
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Adaptability and willingness to work within evolving processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Experience working with other CRM or workflow management systems is a plus, but not required.
Availability to work standard business hours aligned with team operations.
