About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical support to existing clients, ensuring a high level of service quality
Manage and defend key accounts in a competitive market environment
Conduct business development to identify and secure new business opportunities
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate technical solutions
Manage the business relationship, including price negotiations and the ongoing development of accounts
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the United States and Mexico to ensure seamless support across the region
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (required)
10 years of relevant work experience (required)
Proven experience in electroplating or surface treatments
Strong technical problem-solving skills when working with customers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
English: required
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
Experience working with industries such as automotive, healthcare, military, or construction
Previous experience managing a geographically large territory
Familiarity with technical sales or technical support roles
