Role Overview
- Support the definition and execution of digital marketing strategies (with a focus on paid media and performance)
- Create and optimize sales funnels and acquisition campaigns
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and CRMs
- Conduct A/B tests and conversion analyses (CRO)
- Improve the customer journey and user experience (UX)
- Develop retention and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with sales, product and design teams
- Identify new opportunities, channels and growth trends
- Prepare reports and presentations to track results.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Experience with marketing tools and data analysis
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO and Growth strategies
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Results-oriented profile with a focus on continuous testing.
