Lead the development of end-to-end experience strategies for assigned brands or categories, aligned with broader regional and global direction.
Translate business and category objectives into clear creative and experience briefs, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
Design marketing plans around the consumer journey and shopper path, ensuring continuity and effectiveness across touchpoints.
Partner with Brand, Category, and Creative Strategy teams to shape creative territories and communication strategies.
Develop high-quality creative briefs and lead agencies through ideation, development, and refinement.
Ensure consistency of brand storytelling across content, channels, and markets.
Take ownership of assigned initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with media, digital, and DAO teams to ensure plans reflect evolving media behaviors, e-commerce, and platform dynamics.
Act as a key connector between Brand, Category, IMX, E2E, Media, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, integrated marketing, and creative strategy, including hands‑on experience working with or within agency environments.
Experience in consumer and shopper marketing; CPG experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing and experience strategies.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media, culture, and content development.
Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
