Own and manage a set of assigned job requisitions; sourcing candidates through handoff to a Recruiter.
Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop, monitor and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for future/potential positions; keep updated and detailed record of contact information, skill sets, notes, and job search preferences in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Call candidate references and prepare reference forms.
Schedule and conduct introductions with newly submitted candidates.
Qualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines.
Maintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application to Recruiter hand-off.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide support across teams, assisting designated recruiters or groups as needed.
Assist with the completion of special/ad hoc projects, as assigned.
Requirements
One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
A college degree can substitute for experience.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language as required for effective performance of job duties.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
Obtain facts and data pertaining to an issue or question.
Make quality decisions and meet timeliness of those decisions.
Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
