Promoting and implementing RPM’s Wealth Optimizer Portfolio systems to increase real estate transaction volume and enhance investor engagement.
Building strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees to support their success in Property Management sales.
Developing and deliver training programs that teach Franchise Business Owners how to conduct effective sales meetings.
Leveraging RPM’s tools, programs, and systems to reinforce the brand’s value proposition and expand service offerings.
Designing and managing local, regional, and national strategic partnership programs to generate new investor leads.
Establishing referral networks and partnerships that drive qualified prospects to franchise operations.
Owning the Real Property Management acquisition strategy, partnering with Franchise Business Owners to support local acquisitions to scale businesses.
Requirements
Ten (10) or more years related experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management Sales roles
Broker's license is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree; business, finance or accounting or real estate preferred.
