Provide technical support for performance verification and monitoring of concession contracts, conducting field surveys, collecting and analyzing data, calculating performance indicators, preparing technical reports and supporting measurements, as well as participating in meetings with the grantor and the concessionaire, ensuring the quality of information and technical compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering
Technical analysis skills and the ability to prepare reports and technical opinions
Availability to travel for field inspections
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable experience as a designer, consultant, contract inspector/supervisor, or project executor
Desirable knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization
Desirable experience in field data collection activities
Desirable IT knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable experience with maintenance planning
Desirable knowledge of Quality Management Systems
Desirable familiarity with PPPs and concessions
Analytical ability and attention to detail; strategic vision; ethics and confidentiality in handling information
Systems thinking; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility of schedule and availability to travel
