Be responsible for end-to-end customer service, delivering excellent service aligned with Kovi's tone of voice;
Understand our business model, ensuring all information provided to the customer is reflected in our processes and contracts;
Know and apply basic sales techniques such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling;
Be responsible for all required customer documents and signatures;
Know our primary product — the vehicle — and stay up to date on specifications and models;
Use the proper distribution of service requests, whether via CRM or in-person ticketing;
Work in partnership with the supervisors of your sales channel;
Act as a point of reference for the team on service best practices and conflict resolution;
Proactively monitor product and price changes, contributing to updates of information;
Conduct trainings focused on best practices and process improvements (an important criterion for performance evaluation).

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
Solid experience in Sales and Customer Service;
Google Workspace;
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), with the ability to customize and optimize processes;
