Role Overview

• Participate actively in designing the strategy and evolution of data platform products
• Translate strategic thinking into measurable metrics
• Build connections and drive growth with partner areas
• Define and structure platform maturity attributes in hybrid environments (On-Prem and Cloud)
• Work in processing and sustaining operations
• Contribute to improving the bank’s technological maturity metrics and indicators
• Lead your own team in partnership with other teams

Requirements

• General knowledge of cloud practices and disciplines
• Basic knowledge of resilience testing: functional and non-functional tests (chaos engineering and performance)
• Basic knowledge of observability and IT operations metrics: MTTR, MTTF, Error Budget, availability, latency, SLI, SLO, etc.
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• SQL
• Basic knowledge of Data Engineering
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
• AWS Glue
• Amazon Athena
• Amazon S3
• Basic knowledge of clean code best practices
• Version control (Git)
• Differentials (nice to have): AWS Practitioner / AI Foundation Practitioner certification, certifications related to Data disciplines
