Own assigned general ledger accounting and month-end close activities, including journal entry posting, account reconciliations, flux analyses, and all associated reporting requirements, to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Prepare and review accruals across a multi-entity global organization.
Partner with FP&A, AP, and other budget stakeholders in multiple time zones to ensure expenses are properly classified, accrued, and explained.
Identify, implement, and maintain best in class systems and processes, including automation and AI-assisted workflows, to ensure an efficient and effective accounting team.
Support external audit requests, internal controls documentation, and technical accounting research as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
CPA required with strong working knowledge of US GAAP
2-6 years of accounting experience demonstrating increasing responsibility
Demonstrated track record of automating and improving accounting processes
Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/ VBA)
Experience with high growth software company and/or private equity ownership a plus
General ledger and other accounting systems experience
Prior NetSuite experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
