Provide strategic and operational leadership for all investment activities across APAC
Serve as the senior investment thought leader and spokesperson in the region
Provide local oversight and governance related to portfolio, trading and other investment activities within the region
Provide leadership, development, training and mentorship to support a high-performing regional investment organization
Partner with Global Investments leadership to shape firm-wide investment priorities, product evolution, and innovation

Minimum of 20 years of investment industry experience
Proven experience leading investment teams across Asia Pacific markets
Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing investment performance, risk governance, and organizational complexity
