Plan, deliver and evaluate training programs (in-person and online), aligned with business needs – Call Center, Collections and Retention
Structure and redesign the onboarding process, making it more interactive and automated
Identify training and development needs with business areas and partners, using analysis of business performance indicators
Develop content and adapt materials for different audiences, ensuring clear instruction and engagement
Support initiatives related to artificial intelligence applied to learning, using tools to optimize content
Administer the LMS platform, ensuring learning paths and courses are up to date
Measure training results and impact, building metrics and reports
Conduct benchmarking of L&D and development practices in the market
Deliver training in various formats (podcasts, workshops, among others)
