Work with other technologies to architect next generation network
Partner with senior technical and business leadership to co-develop multi-year roadmaps for the technology areas across the organization
Proactively identify and solve challenges that negatively impact team velocity and successful delivery
Work with the team to streamline and modernize tools used for network equipment lifecycle management

At least 10 years of progressive experience in network architecture, design and operation at global scale (10+ DC locations)
Experience working with deployment software like Salt, Ansible, puppet, chef.
5+ years’ experience of people, talent and performance management; passion to mentor, motivate, and coach team member.
