Owning the structure, accuracy, and completeness of legal documentation (product compliance and legal review process, customer contract inputs, data protection documentation, etc.), and acting as the quality gate before legal approval.
Bringing together PMs, Legal Counsel, Data Protection, Sales, Regulatory, and technical teams to maintain alignment across all compliance dependencies.
Supporting the Legal & Regulatory team in wider governance, compliance topics, and cross-functional projects.

Strong understanding of Regulatory/Legal frameworks and documentation needs
Experience in stakeholder alignment and legal enablement
Experienced within GDPR
OneTrust Knowledge is a plus (or other GDPR management systems)
Expertise in template systems and technical documentation tools
Structured way of working, product & market understanding and strong coordination skills
