Role Overview
- Manage administrative processes
- Develop and maintain sales tools (media kits, website, email marketing)
- Coordinate workflows with the agency that manages our social profiles
- Prepare reports for all department activities
- Create client promotional items/incentives
- Support media campaigns and events
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (at least second year)
- Intermediate English
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Passionate about pop culture, TV, animation, entertainment, and social media
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Familiarity with design tools
- Previous experience at agencies or communications companies
- Previous experience managing social media
