Eligibility Lead Analyst, IT Project Management - Express Scripts - Remote

Cigna Healthcare is a leading health services organization, and they are seeking a Lead Analyst to support the Eligibility Operations Product Line. The role involves managing client/vendor implementation projects, defining requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working with a team of IT Project Management professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert content/professional leadership on IT Project Management assignments/projects
• Responsible for managing, directing and planning several projects simultaneously
• Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and assigning project tasks, team building, and maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of IT
• Apply project management methodologies and reporting techniques to indicate project status
• Identify, evaluate and formulate detailed project plan, tracks milestones and schedules; negotiate and modify schedules as well as resources required to meet project objectives
• Evaluate and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT projects
• Work with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support
• Keep informed of technical and operational advances
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as well as lead/own components of business process
• Use deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders
• Focus on providing thought leadership within IT Project Management including projects which require understanding of the larger organization

Requirements:

• high school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in data exchange/management or IT project management
• 3+ years of experience in a client/vendor facing role
• Experience with execution of load jobs and Mainframe/Rumba/TSO
• Experience working with EDI (834)/Eligibility file
