Role Overview
- Lead a Tool Engineering organization across two BDS sites responsible to develop and execute planned statement of work and unplanned urgent support to Manufacturing.
- Manage First Line Leaders responsible for Tool Engineering and Numerical Control Programming (NCP) statement of work.
- Lead and manage a large organization with responsibility for employee development, organization RAA, and cost management.
- Support BDS IPT teams through implementation of standards and execute on program commitments.
- Driving TE and NCP best practices such as Foundational TE Skill Development and Digital Transformation Implementation.
- Working across BDS divisions and multiple production programs virtually and in-person at BDS sites
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3 years Management experience
- 5 years Production Engineering experience
