Strong commercial instincts – you think about winning customers, not just building features, and you understand how product strategy connects to revenue growth.
Ability to influence without authority: establish rapport, build trust, and communicate your product vision persuasively across sales, marketing, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously without losing sight of strategic goals.
Comfortable with ambiguity – able to be flexible, embrace change, and refine strategy as the market and business evolve.
