Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, BCaBA

Role Overview

• Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.
• Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth.
• Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.
• Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a 'whole-child' approach to care.

Requirements

• BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB.
• MI LABA License: Must hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
