10+ years of experience managing complex project implementations or leading successful Agile development teams.
5+ years in a significant people leadership role directly managing and mentoring high-performing teams
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to drive process improvements
Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Foundation in the Salesforce platform, ideally backed by Salesforce certifications
