- Manage and execute ASC 740 projects
- Review income tax provisions under ASC 740
- Document tax positions and analyses under FIN 48
- Coordinate subject matter experts
- Review taxable income by entity
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Deliver professional services to clients
- Develop high-level relationships with clients
- Lead, mentor, and coach interns and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Active CPA license required
- 8+ years of experience working on ASC 740 projects in public accounting or corporate/public blend required
- ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) Software experience is required
