Identify and make recommendations to improve support processes.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
The ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment (preferred).
Bilingual Spanish and English (preferred).
Healthcare solution support experience (preferred).
Strong documentation and data gathering skills (preferred).
