- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients

- Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests
- Conduct initial client screenings
- Accurately document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM
- Explain the intake process and required documentation
- Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
- Provide empathetic communication to clients
- Collaborate with attorneys for smooth case handoff
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly intake metrics
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Highly organized
- Compassionate
- Detail-oriented
- Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound communications
- Ability to build trust with clients during stressful situations
