Driving short and long-term sustainable growth with distribution channel and customers
Define strategic relationships with channel partners
Ensure excellent commercial results per NXP corporate goals
Manage NXP internal resources to meet sales goals
Build up customer relationships and account responsibility
Identify and win new opportunities while selling the whole portfolio

Electrical or Business Engineering degree or similar
Knowledge about semiconductor products
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor Sales, Field Application or Marketing
A minimum of 3-5 years of high-tech b2b sales experience
Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
Ability to explain complex technical contents in a convincing fashion
Ability to work in an autonomous way
Strategic thinking to ensure the management of the distribution partners
Ability to deal at all levels at the local distributors and partners
High degree of flexibility, motivation, customer & distribution focus, business orientation and networking ability
