Work hand in hand with our Social and Influencer lead to convert influencer reach into branded search lift
Own on-site content architecture: category and landing pages, editorial hubs, blog, guides, review hubs, brand storytelling. Make the website rank and convert
Own SEO-driven content production: keyword priorities, briefs, new pages, refreshes, internal linking, and localisation across 30+ markets
Partner with IT, Analytics, and external SEO specialists on structural SEO work
Run the content engine week-to-week: editorial calendar, brief templates, review loops, content health metrics (production rate, traffic, conversion, assisted revenue)
Track AI search visibility (SGE, AI Overviews, LLMs) and shape content, PR, and mentions so our brand surfaces in the answers
Run disciplined experiments on formats, hooks, and distribution. Kill what doesn’t work fast
Translate results into clear commercial insights — no fluff reporting
Requirements
6+ years hands-on experience running Content, PR, or Brand Marketing at a recognised consumer, fashion, or lifestyle e-commerce brand, with direct ownership of commercial outcomes
Proven track record of macro collabs, brand partnerships, or licensing wins you can point to by name
Proven track record placing tier-1 media coverage in fashion, lifestyle, or business publications — and shipping content that ranks
Proven track record running SEO-driven content programmes that grew non-brand organic traffic and revenue
Experience integrating PR with influencer and social to drive brand awareness and branded search
Experience managing a small in-house team and getting more out of them than they thought possible
Excellent written and verbal English communication, native or fully fluent
You’ve integrated content, PR and SEO as one workflow, not two teams.
Experience with international localisation is a strong plus
Self-starter with a bias for action. You ship at 85% and iterate
A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of brand building, user behaviour, search intent, and funnel metrics
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude
Proven problem-solving ability and creativity in a fast-paced environment
