Create accurate solar permit packages that meet AHJ requirements, client processes, SLAs, productivity goals, and quality standards.
Assist homeowners with account setup, system activation, and commissioning.
Educate homeowners on energy production, consumption, and battery functionality.
Resolve activation and monitoring issues (e.g., offline gateways, missing data).
Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer support for escalations.
Requirements
Engineering graduates preferred; or other technical course graduates with at least one year of hands‑on experience using AutoCAD or exposure to solar-related projects.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the solar or energy industry.
Familiarity with homeowner support or home technology products, with working knowledge of platforms in solar supports.
