Grow and manage an international portfolio of Trade & Commodity Finance clients in the Food & Agri sector
Work closely with Coverage Bankers to originate TCF product opportunities
Structure, negotiate and execute Trade & Commodity Finance transactions within approved risk frameworks
Maximize utilization and income of Trade & Commodity Finance facilities across your client portfolio
Responsible for working with Credit & Collateral Management and International Trade Services to ensure smooth operation of facilities
Requirements
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a closely related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade & Commodity Finance or Lending for scale 11, or at least 7 years for scale 10
Proven experience in Trade & Commodity Finance, including strong financial analysis skills to assess working capital needs and structure appropriate credit facilities
Demonstrated experience in managing international Trade & Commodity Finance client portfolios with direct client contact and end to end responsibility for TCF transactions
Solid understanding of legal aspects, loan documentation and credit approval processes within Trade & Commodity Finance
Experience working in an international, dynamic and high demanding environment with many internal and external stakeholders
Commercially driven, socially strong and a team player who can take the lead and build trusted client relationships
Proactive and risk-aware mindset, able to manage both credit and non-financial risks in line with regulatory requirements
Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages such as French, Spanish or German are a plus
