Bachelor, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including 3+ years in a Tech Lead or team‑leadership role
Solid technical mindset: able to engage deeply with engineers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects to influence technical decisions
People‑management and coaching skills, working comfortably with multicultural, distributed teams
Delivery‑management experience or interest in developing end‑to‑end delivery ownership
Understanding of compliance, security, and reliability or motivation to learn and take responsibility for application health
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience with vendor management or openness to learning how to manage external partners
Agile mindset or willingness to grow into collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
