Lead the development and execution of innovative patient access strategies for Sobi’s portfolio
Ensure that therapies reach patients efficiently, sustainably, and successfully
Craft and adapt compelling value stories and economic models
Lead the execution of access plans, including stakeholder mapping and engagement
Proactively engage with payers, authorities, and key stakeholders
Equip cross-functional teams with the tools and knowledge to communicate value effectively
Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem
Monitor pricing environments and policy shifts

A Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or health economics
5–10 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement, and patient access—ideally within pharmaceuticals or consultancy
Strong expertise in economic evaluation and evidence-based value communication
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic access plans
A track record of successful stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in rare diseases (and ideally lipidology) is a strong advantage
Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
