Pipeline creation business planning, campaigns, joint partner events, prospecting with partners.
Ongoing Partner Support establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partner representatives.
Identifies partner prospects in region.
Identifies industry events to utilize for recruiting efforts in region.
Develop Partner business plans for sales and marketing activities and reviewed quarterly.
Manages recruitment process of prospects.
Negotiates partner contracts.
Develops business plans with partners to ensure appropriate resources for successfully meeting sales goals.
Coordinates introduction of appropriate 8x8 departments to new partners.
Coordinates certification process with new partners and insures timely completion.
Ensures necessary 8x8 resources are available and known to partners in region.
Monitors progress of new partners for a period no less than 12 months.
Evaluate partner performance in the region and provide assistance to partners that are under-performing or develop a recruiting plan to address any issues.
Requirements
Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.
1-3 years channel management or channel development experience, SDR/BDR experience in technology sales.
Knowledge of 8x8 product line advantageous, though not a requirement.
Background working with Large Account Resellers.
Ability to coordinate efforts of multiple teams and team members to achieve common goal.
Demonstrated ability to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com.
