Requirements
2-4+ years technical engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering
Proficiency across front-end and back-end technologies
Strong expertise in enterprise-grade Java application development
Ability to contribute to diverse codebases and deliver value across cross-team engineering initiatives
Ability to embed with multiple engineering teams
Understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to inform technical decisions
Experience working within the Databricks Lakehouse platform (Preferred)
Experience querying, loading, and managing data within Snowflake (Preferred)
Understanding of telephony concepts, SIP/VoIP protocols, or contact center platforms (Preferred)
