About this role
Role Overview
Lead the EMEA Customer Success organization
Architect the customer journey across the EMEA region
Influence the operational success of global construction leaders
Collaborate with client C-Suites to resolve complex roadblocks
Partner with Sales leadership for expansion through value-based Executive Business Reviews
Optimize the regional tech stack and health-scoring logic to manage retention and drive growth
Requirements
5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
At least 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers within a SaaS environment
Deep financial and operational mastery of core SaaS metrics, including NRR, GRR, and Expansion Revenue
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Professional proficiency in additional European languages
Experience implementing or migrating CS Platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango
