Role Overview
- Build and grow strong dealer partnerships while managing channel dynamics
- Advise customers and partners on best-fit color management solutions
- Drive key account growth and identify new business opportunities
- Support value-based selling and impactful solution positioning
- Lead customer engagements, demos, and training sessions
- Track pipeline and performance using Salesforce (SFDC)
- Share market insights and act as the Voice of Sales
- Represent the brand at industry events and customer meetings
- Travel up to 50%
Requirements
- 8+ years in Packaging or Ink (Color Management preferred)
- Results-driven, self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English (Eastern European languages a plus, especially Czech)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Passion for customer success and sustainability
