Lead daily treasury operations across customer fund flows, including refunds, returns, redemptions, investigations, and exception handling
Act as the primary escalation point for operational incidents, coordinating resolution with internal teams and external banking partners
Oversee and improve workflows related to banking interactions, such as trace requests, wire returns, payment investigations, and callbacks
Monitor operational performance through dashboards and SLAs, ensuring visibility, timely resolution, and consistent execution
Partner with Engineering and Product to enhance internal tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows supporting treasury operations
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation, AI tooling, and process improvements, and drive adoption within the team
Manage and develop a team of analysts, including performance management, prioritization, and coaching on complex operational cases

7+ years of experience in treasury operations, payments, banking, fintech, or financial services
Experience managing payment workflows such as wires, refunds, returns, reconciliations, and transaction investigations
Experience leading or managing a team, including performance management and day-to-day oversight
Strong experience handling operational escalations across multiple stakeholders, including banking partners and internal teams
Proven ability to improve processes, documentation, and controls in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and judgment when handling sensitive financial transactions
Familiarity with global payment networks, correspondent banking, and cross-border flows (preferred)
Experience with operational tools such as JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, or banking platforms (preferred)
Exposure to automation, data tools, or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., SQL, Python, workflow automation, or AI tooling) (preferred)
