Role Overview
Guide implementation of complex regional and/or global programs for RGA’s APAC offices to promote inclusion, philanthropy, volunteerism, and Advise internal groups (Departments, Leadership Teams, Human Resources, etc.) as they integrate Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion (CCI) into workplace and operational processes and practices.
Monitor, and assess effectiveness of APAC and progress against CCI performance measures.
Advise Regional Diversity and Inclusion Council leaders, CSR committees, and Employee Resource Group leaders; manage governance related to their initiatives; and align outcomes to global performance measures.
Perform research and benchmark best practices to develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies and programs that foster the company’s CCI goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the Global CCI team to align CCI efforts with business strategies focusing on the workforce, community, culture and business impact.
Use existing metrics for measuring the effectiveness of programs, projects and initiatives, and develop reports.
Partner with Talent and Organizational Development to create and/or acquire training programs that integrate company values as they pertain to CCI.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Organization development, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or equivalent work experience.
7+ Years HR or related professional experience.
4+ Years managing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and/or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Consulting or related professional experience managing philanthropy, inclusion, and/or environmental sustainability in APAC.
Experience working with senior leaders to help influence organizational change.
Experience managing CCI projects, for example, diversity recruiting, employee professional development, volunteerism programs, philanthropic initiatives, leadership programs, retention practices, mentor/sponsor programs, educational training series, or employee resource group involvement.
Experience communicating with senior leaders, helping to shift thinking/mindset related to CCI.
Experience effectively training groups of all sizes and levels within an organization.
Experience managing complex initiatives and/or projects to ensure they contribute to meaningful people and business outcomes.
Experience working in a global environment, preferably financial services or insurance; prior DEI Consulting, Human Capital Strategy or Human Resources Business Partner experience preferred.
