Develop relationships with active traders through client engagement
Provide education on E*TRADE's advanced active trader platforms
Coach and support ATRMs, holding team members accountable for service delivery
Review customer interactions, providing feedback to improve quality
Communicate issues related to customer experience in a timely manner
Set and manage team standards around attendance, performance metrics, and service quality
Partner with key stakeholders to meet performance targets

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in relevant fields
SIE, Series 7, 63, and 9/10 or equivalent and ability to obtain Trader Certification within 180 days of hire
Thorough understanding of E*TRADE policies and procedures
Professional experience developing business and establishing relationships with actively trading and/or affluent clients
Have strong skills in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance
Excellent knowledge of compliance practices and previous supervisory experience
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems and handle multiple tasks
