Develop, calibrate and maintain rating methodologies and credit risk parameters.
Enhance internal models and maintain internal policy and guideline documentation.
Support regulatory model monitoring.
Participate in internal and external audits and assist with closing relevant findings.
Maintain regular contact with adjacent teams and relevant stakeholders.

Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline, e.g., (financial) mathematics, statistics, or equivalent.
Experience with large-scale projects and communicating complex topics to stakeholders.
Several years of professional experience in credit risk modeling with knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills; flexibility in addressing new subject areas.
Proficient in statistical software (e.g., Python, SAS).
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
