- Own and manage the product backlog and sprint planning

- Define flow intent and structure (WHAT & WHY)
- Collaborate with UX Designer on flow execution and UI Designer on visual consistency
- Drive prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Ensure high-quality delivery with engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product, operations, consulting, or startups
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user flows
- Ability to simplify complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality.
