- Ability to choose, confidently apply discovery methods, and derive insights
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication and structured way of working
- Pragmatic "can-do" mentality and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Genuine interest in the public administration target group and the political context
- German at C1 level and fluent in English
