Partner with people managers to coach and consult on all things people and team related including but not limited to recruitment, employee and industrial relations and succession planning.
Build productive relationships with people leaders to understand their strategic business objectives, challenges and opportunities for growth.
Provide accurate advice on HR and ER/IR matters, including awards, legislation, policy, and procedures.
Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the Retail People & Culture team to optimise performance and increase productivity.
Requirements

You'll have a well-rounded generalist skill set. You'll have experience in culture and engagement, organisational design and leadership and capability development.
