Role Overview

• Design, optimize and deliver best-in-class digital experiences
• Partner with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support evaluative testing and refine customer journey
• Participate actively in design critique and assist other designers

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry design experience in a role demonstrating multidisciplinary product design
• Experience designing multi-channel consumer-facing apps
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles
• A track record for working with cross-functional product development and design teams
• Highly proficient in design and design-to-code tools such as Figma, Copilot, Lovable, and Claude Code
