About this role

Collaborating directly with several teams to design, implement and support complex HR business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
Working in an international team of HR-IT experts
Configuring application and providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
Conducting international rollouts for business processes and handling change requests
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Interacting with different streams and areas of expertise within the project
Handling application corrective and preventive maintenance

Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
Strong communication and analytical skills
Great English skills, both written and spoken.
