GameChange BOS is a fast-growing transformer manufacturer looking for a Project Manager to help transform the grid. This role involves managing a wide array of operations and project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality of projects in the power industry.
Responsibilities:
- Single point of Contact for customer for all project requests be it Engineering, production, Logistics, Field operations and Commissioning
- Arranging External kick off calls and weekly calls with customer
- Arranging Internal kick off for all stakeholders of GCS after project BOM is released
- Work closely with commodity team to ensure production timelines meets the project contractual timelines
- Work closely with Logistics and Quality team to ensure right quality material is being produced, shipped, and delivered to site on time. Also ensure 100% BOM qty are being delivered to site
- Documentation management: Uploading and maintaining project documents on BOX folder viz Contractual timelines of the project, inspection dates of commodities, zero date or any contractual record with customers, BBU, Site visit reports etc
- Preparing the Billing breakup and support Finance/Revenue team to collect all documents, build Billing schedule for Invoicing to customer. Ensure complete Invoicing is done as per LC/contract terms and ensure timely payment by customers
- Preparing Sales order/Change order in Netsuite and completing order fulfilments for the respective month for all deliveries to site with respect to signed POD from customer
- Ensure timely response to any kind of projects concerns raised by internal management or Customer
- Daily correspondence with production and logistics teams to coordinate all deliveries
- Provide/record updates in the events of delay, damage or any kind of incidents either internally or externally related to project
- On time Training to customer either online or at GCS training center for installation of GCS tracker
- Co-ordinating for all activities related to Field operations and Commissioning with Customer and internal stakeholders for successful completion and commissioning of a project
- Prepare project profitability
- Raise NS cases / PROCORE observations for any issues and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree minimum required in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, team development, and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments
- High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of construction contracts and construction contract administration
- Strong computer software skills: Microsoft Office applications, 3d Files (CAD etc.), Other applications as required
