Develops and executes strategic account plans, including sales targets, growth goals, and executive relationship strategies.
Builds strong, long‑term customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for issues, claims, and coordinated support.
Drives sales of products, solutions, and services with a focus on volume, profitability, and creating added value across business units.
Maintains deep insight into customer needs, competitive activity, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies and responses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing.
Sales/Business Development experience working with clients in the utilities and/or energy markets.
Strong customer relationship skills is a must; Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities.
Existing customer relationships preferred
Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in United States.
