Role Overview
- Support bedrop's mission to revitalize natural bee products
- Create and implement content for email marketing
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies
- Work in a dynamic team to support marketing activities
- Analyze marketing campaigns and prepare reports
- Coordinate with other departments to develop audience-targeted strategies
Requirements
- Several years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or editorial work
- Excellent feel for language and very good German skills in spelling and style
- Creativity and a confident sense of language, tone, and target audience
- Ability to tailor content to channels and target groups
- Experience in the digital environment (e.g., blog, website, social media, ads)
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Nice-to-have: initial experience in email marketing or CRM
- Knowledge of tools such as Klaviyo is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of conversion-oriented copywriting
- Interest in data-driven work
- A sense for design or initial experience in visual design
