Handle the lead queue, enrich data, and ensure seamless handovers to Sales for accurate follow-up.
Create workflows and reports in Salesforce to track performance.
Coordinate with external partners (goodies, printers, event organizers, booth designers).
Maintain our Notion pages, design presentation slides, and keep the global marketing agenda up to date.
Partner with the Brand team, Website team, and Ops team for collaboration.
Set up SF/HubSpot tools and assist in creating visual assets for ABM campaigns.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a business school and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) contract.
Experience: Ideally, you have a first successful experience in event management or marketing coordination.
Tech Savvy: You have a strong interest in new technologies and AI tools. A working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce (CRM) is a significant plus.
Soft Skills: You are highly organized, creative, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment where agility is key.
Languages: You are fluent in both French and English, as you will be working with international teams daily.
